Active customers will receive catalogs either in their order or by mail if they do not have an order that campaign and will be mailed out every other Friday. Catalogs will continue as long as you are active. If you are inactive for 7 or more campaigns you will no longer receive catalogs unless you place an order or request to be back on the mailing list. Then the cycle begins again.
